I'm a dually licensed mental health and alcohol/drug counselor. I work with individuals 18 and older to address concerns including but not limited to: stress, stage of life adjustment, emotional disturbance, grief, coping skill development, chemical dependency/DUI evaluations, self-esteem, relationships of all kinds, co-dependency, communication skills, depression, anxiety and transitional or adjustment issues.

One of my biggest role models is my uncle, Jack Dross, a therapist in the Omaha community who primarily works with adolescents and families. I have always looked up to him and was so touched over the years hearing testimonials from clients and colleagues alike regarding the help and relief he provides through his work. I have always been passionate about helping people, but couldn't picture myself in the medical field, therefore, I knew following in the steps of my namesake was the career path I was meant for.
Private practice was always my ultimate goal. After finishing school, it was important to me to gain experience with different populations of people in an effort to best help a broad range of individuals. I have worked in the mental health field for Community Alliance and then shifted gears to primarily treat substance use disorders with Campus for Hope.
In 2016, I was encouraged by some wonderful colleagues to begin my career in private practice. It has been an exciting journey, and I could not be more satisfied with where I have landed.
